Course Reflection:
This course taught me the instructional design process. It allowed me to learn how to complete the design process and begin designing my own course. This course taught me the different aspects to consider when reviewing a training topic and different delivery methods that can be used. Completing each step of the design process was a great way to learn and begin practicing instructional design. This course also incorporated great learning aids and explained how each can be used in the design process. Included were Bloom's Taxonomy of Action Verbs and Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction. This course really gave me the hands on experience I need to begin my education in instructional design and allowed me the opportunity to present my own work. That work can be viewed below.
