Course Description:
This course focused on the use online and interactive tools for learning. Different methods of instruction were explored as well as how to design learning for the 21st century. Assessment methods were also reviewed. Gamification and presentation design were covered as well.

Course Reflection:
This course has allowed me to focus on different issues within my current job and use new tools on how to present training to solve the issue. I was able to explore new options on how to solve issues, such as Tell 'em in 10 and gamification. This course provided me an insight on the three different types of assessments: formative, summative, and confirmative. I was able to get a thorough understanding of these assessments, their purpose, and developed a plan to use these with the online course I developed with Versal. This class gave me a better insight into how technology can be used in instructional design, how to design a good, concise presentation, and how to evaluate course.
