This course examined the project management phase of the instructional design process. The Agile method was covered and allowed for a new insight into project management.

Course Reflection:
This course covered the Agile method for project management. Originally a software creation project management tool, Agile has been expanded for use in instructional design and course creation. Throughout the course, I discovered the various aspects of Agile and how it compared to ADDIE and SAM. I learned how others incorporated aspects of Agile in educational setting through article reviews. A PowerPoint was created to provide an overview of the Agile method.
